What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Minimum quantities are confirmed by model and project. Tell us the models, intended quantities and any logo, packaging or other customization requirements. We will confirm sample availability, order quantities and pricing in your quote.
How do I confirm compliance documents for my market?
Tell us your exact model, destination market and sales channel. Ask us to confirm which reports and documents are available, the models they cover and whether additional testing is needed. References to CE, EN71, ASTM F963, CPC or other standards do not mean every product is certified or approved for every market or marketplace.
What is the lead time for orders?
In-stock items ship within 48 hours of payment. OEM/ODM custom orders typically take 25–35 days depending on complexity and quantity. Peak season (Sep–Nov) may require additional time, so we recommend placing holiday orders early.
Do you offer custom branding and packaging?
Discuss logo printing, color boxes, window boxes, paint colors, manuals and configurations with our team. Available options, minimum quantities and costs are confirmed per project after reviewing your selected model and requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer, Western Union, PayPal for sample orders, Alibaba Trade Assurance, and L/C for large orders. Custom orders require a 30% deposit with balance before shipment; stock orders require full payment before dispatch.
Which shipping methods and trade terms do you support?
Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS, 3–7 days), air freight (5–10 days) and sea freight (25–35 days). We support EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms, and can arrange door-to-door delivery including customs clearance in your country.
Can I visit your factory?
Absolutely. We welcome buyers at our Chenghai, Shantou facility and can arrange pickup from Shantou or Jieyang airports. For overseas buyers, we also offer live virtual factory tours via video call.
