RC toy sample inspection checklist

Use the approved specification and supplied instructions to review the actual sample. This checklist describes checks to carry out, not completed tests.

Match the contents

  1. Record the model, SKU, color and controller configuration.
  2. Compare all controllers, attachments and charging accessories with the quote.
  3. Read vehicle and controller battery labels and note items supplied separately.
  4. Match instructions and warnings to the product and destination language.

Check the operation

  1. Follow the supplied charging and setup instructions.
  2. Check each included controller and agreed function in an appropriate clear area.
  3. Record the method and conditions for any runtime or performance checks you request.
  4. Record differences with photos, the SKU and sample date before approval.

Confirm packing and records

  1. Check retail box dimensions, contents, inserts and labels.
  2. Confirm carton dimensions, weight and units per carton for the selected option.
  3. Request documents matching the model, battery and destination market.
  4. Agree the approved sample, remaining changes and production acceptance points.

Tell us your exact model, destination market and sales channel. Ask us to confirm which reports and documents are available, the models they cover and whether additional testing is needed. References to CE, EN71, ASTM F963, CPC or other standards do not mean every product is certified or approved for every market or marketplace.
What is the lead time for orders?
Ask us to confirm stock, sample timing, production and dispatch dates for the selected SKU and quantity. Custom artwork, sample revisions, battery requirements and destination can affect the schedule. Use the dates agreed in your quotation and order confirmation.
Do you offer custom branding and packaging?
Discuss logo printing, color boxes, window boxes, paint colors, manuals and configurations with our team. Available options, minimum quantities and costs are confirmed per project after reviewing your selected model and requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?

Which shipping methods and trade terms do you support?
Public catalog prices are in USD per unit on an EXW basis. Ask for the handover location and any transport, export handling, insurance, duties or taxes separately. Routes, battery paperwork, other trade terms and delivery estimates must be confirmed for your destination and order.
